Community CareGivers & Home Visits

Our home visits are an extremely important part of what we do here at 1000 Hills Community Helpers.
Our dedicated team of CCGS alongside Sister Glenda Patterson do weekly visits to homes of those in need of medical care.
We monitor and keep track of our patients, ensuring they receive any medication they need, we do wound care and even provide these patients with food parcels, helping them prepare meals if necessary. Our CareGivers are best described as an extra pair of hands for those who need help. We see a lot of patients who cannot care for themselves on their own, so in turn, our Community Care Givers do what they can to make the patient's life a little easier.
